If you are taking one remedy bottle, take four drops per dose, four times a day.
If you are taking two different remedies, take two drops of each remedy, four times a day.
The remedies may be taken directly into the mouth or added to any drink. Consistency is key, you are breaking up an energie pattern, so try to take a dose at least 4 times each day.
